JMF Associates is seeking a confident and professional Accounts Payable Assistant with previous SAP systems knowledge for a renowned entertainment company based in Central London on an initial 6-month fixed-term contract. The Accounts Payable Assistant will support the finance team by managing supplier relations, processing invoices efficiently within SAP, and ensuring accuracy in payment and reconciliation procedures. Your expertise in Purchase Ledger and knowledge of SAP will be pivotal in maintaining seamless financial operations, particularly supporting the organisation's AP function. You will be expected to handle supplier communications, manage new vendor setups, process invoices within SAP, and perform reconciliations, all while collaborating effectively across departments.

• Proven experience in Purchase Ledger, preferably with SAP
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Good communication and time management abilities
• Knowledge of bookkeeping and double-entry principles
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel
