Description

JMF Associates is exclusively partnering with a North Kent-based successful yet growing business in their recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join them on a 14-month fixed-term contract. This vacancy offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 from home). Reporting to the Financial Controller and working in a knowledgeable yet supportive finance team, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will:


  • Raise sales invoices accurately and on time
  • Chase overdue payments by phone and email
  • Allocate payments accordingly
  • Resolve any accounts receivable queries
  • Support the month end process.

The role would suit an Accounts Receivable professional who is looking to work in a fast-paced and rewarding environment and fully utilise their skillset.
The Accounts Receivable administrator is expected to possess solid systems/MS Excel skills, and strong communication skills.  It would be beneficial if you have previously used Access Dimentions although this is not a pre-requisite.
