Colleen started her working career in Finance and has been able to utilise her professional awareness of this sector to truly understand the businesses JMF work with. She is currently assisting senior associates to further develop JMF's proactive client service. This includes helping organisations identify upcoming skills needs, ensuring timely recruitment of exceptional candidates, and helping our partners maximise their productivity at every step. Colleen enjoys a busy family life outside of work and, whenever possible, can be found enjoying a night at the theatre.
