JMF Associates is excited to present an opportunity for a Permanent Finance Assistant with one of our esteemed clients based in North Kent. This role offers hybrid working (3 days per week in the office). Because of the office location, applicants will need to drive. This pivotal role involves supporting the financial stability of a leading distribution firm by maintaining accurate purchase ledger records, processing invoices, managing supplier payments, and providing backup support for Credit Control functions. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring timely financial operations while adhering to the company’s high standards of integrity and customer focus.
- Relevant AAT Qualified or studier.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Experience with accounting systems; familiarity with Microsoft Navision is a plus.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proactive, flexible, and results-driven attitude.
