- This new HR Officer role has been created with this growing company based in Redhill. The HR Officer will provide a professional and comprehensive support service to the business in all HR related matters and provide advice across a range of HR topics, employment relations, policies and processes. The role will predominantly be the first point of contact for managers and employees in relation to HR enquiries and provide ongoing support to the department heads including payroll admin and the maintenance of employee records. Experience of managing TUPE transfers would be an advantage in securing this role.
