An Accounts Payable Assistant is sought to join a driven finance team for a successful retail brand in Southwest London. Reporting directly to the Financial Controller key responsibilities include:-

• All aspects of the Accounts Payable Function
• Ensuring accurate coding and posting of purchase invoices
• Posting intercompany purchase invoices
• Preparing weekly creditor payments for the Financial Controller to process
• Credit card and petty cash
• Posting company credit card transactions
• Posting petty cash expenses and reconciling monthly

Prospective candidates should have first-rate MS Excel skills and be happy in an Accounts Payable role.  Please note that this opportunity is office-based five days a week.  Excellent benefits are on offer following probation.
