JMF Associates is seeking a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Finance Manager for a fast-growing engineering company based on the South East London/Kent border. In this strategic role, with a strong emphasis on business partnering, you will deliver accurate management information and commercial insights to support business performance. The Finance Managers key focusses:

• Produce accurate and in depth Financial reporting
• Developing and maintaining strong controls
• Driving effective working capital management
• Partner with senior leaders, providing guidance, challenge, and support to shape the company's future success
• Ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement.

This role would suit:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
• Proven experience in finance business partnering
• Strong financial analysis and management reporting expertise
• Experience supervising teams and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence at all levels and drive improvements
• Experience in project accounting and compliance
