Finance Careers With Real Purpose Behind Them

Universities need finance people who can hold their own with academics, funders and auditors alike. The reporting is rigorous, the stakeholders are varied and the outcome reaches students directly.

We take time to understand your qualifications, your sector exposure and what you actually want next before introducing you to anybody. That is how we make appointments that hold, rather than ones that simply fill a gap on a rota.

Base salaries can sit slightly below equivalent commercial roles, though pension provision, annual leave and flexible working arrangements are usually stronger.
Longer than the private sector, as most institutions use structured panel interviews and fixed committee dates. We keep you updated at every stage so the wait is never a silence.
