A great opportunity to join a small charity that specialise in the welfare of young adults. The organisation are going through a period of development and transformation and are now looking for a skills Finance Business Partner to join and support the team for 6 months, whilst they navigate the changes ahead. Reporting to the Head of Management Accounts you will be responsible for:-

Responsibility of the Finance Business Partner role:-

• A Ensure the production of timely and high quality management accounts including commentary
• Full responsibility for a business unit with an income of £6m
• Review the financial performance on a monthly basis
• Assist with the annual budget setting and reforecast financial performance against the plans
• Design and deliver analysis to drive understanding of profitability
• Liaise with stakeholders with regards to budgets and variance analysis

Requirements of the Finance Business Partner role:-

• Ideally a qualified ACA/ACCA or CIMA or exceptional finalist
• Advanced Excel skills and strong systems
• First rate communication skills
• Excellent management accounts and business partnering
• Car owner/driver due to location
