Tricia began her career in the Accountancy sector, working for a global food-producing company before bringing her experience to help build one of JMF's key specialist recruitment areas. Tricia has also been instrumental in delivering the high service levels which have been key to the company's successful track record and long-term partnerships. Another passion for her is building capacity and supporting staff to develop within JMF. Tricia's spare time takes her exploring across the South East with her two lively dogs.
