Description

Our client a PPE backed leading global professional services group are now looking for a Group Accountant to join the team based in the shared service centre in Chichester. The role reports to the Global Head of Financial Reporting, responsibilities will include:-


*    Preparing the Group consolidation and all supporting documents


*    Support with the preparation of the UK statutory accounts


*    Support the Acquisition Team with the integration of newly acquired businesses within the Group structure


*    Implement any financial regulatory changes at Group level


*    Preparation of quarterly financial covenants


*    To provide analysis and supporting documents to ensure compliance with UK corporate tax


*    Support, manage and implement financial systems changes


*    Assist with the monthly Group's performance review, fully supported by the R2R Team


*    Manage and motivate a Reporting Analyst, build strong relationships across the UK and overseas Teams


The ideal person will be ACA or ACCA qualified with a minimum of 2 years PQE, with a background in managing financial/corporate reporting, year-end audit management, multi-currency financial systems coupled with strong analytical and people skills.
