A unique opportunity to join a professional services group at a time of growth and new investment. Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance you will head up the FP&A function for the Group. Business Partnering with Heads of Marketing, IT and HR, working closely on budgets, costs and revenue recognition. 

Responsibility of the FP&A Manager

• Liaising with Stakeholders across HR, Marketing and IT , supporting the Group's annual budgets and quarterly reforecasts.
• Accurate month end preparation and reporting
• Control expenditure and ensure that it is incurred in line with approved budgets and forecasts
• Analyse and investigate variances between actual and forecasts
• Review and enhance current processes and procedures
• Financial modelling and analysis of large data sets
• Prepare consolidated annual budget, reviewing department budgets
• Reforecasting and management reporting, analysis costs and revenue streams

Requirement of the FP&A Manager

• CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified with a minimum of two years experience in FP&A
• Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI
• First rate Business Partnering skills
• Strong understanding of revenue and costs
• Outgoing, strong communicator
