Reporting to the Head of FP&A and being part of a highly motivated, dedicated team in a fast moving environment. Duties will include:-

Responsibilities of the FP&A Accountant Role:-

• Drive financial insight, support decision making and ensure robust financial planning
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting, ensure alignment with strategic and operational goals
• Develop, enhance and manage financial models to support business planning
• Consolidate financial inputs from cross functional teams and challenge assumptions
• Prepare monthly management reporting, highlighting key variances, trends and insights
• Support the month end process
• Business Partnering with Operations to provide financial support, translating financial results into actionable recommendations

Requirements of the FP&A Accountant Role:-

• ACA qualified with a degree and strong academics
• Advanced Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and business partnering
• Understanding of the P&L, balance sheet, cashflow and key financial metrics
