A unique opportunity to join a start up professional services group at a time of growth and further investment, working closely with the CFO and Operations Director. This role will cover detailed FP&A skills coupled with large sets of data analysis and business planning.

Responsibilities of the Head of FP&A role:-

• Own the budgeting, forecasting and long-term, planning cycle
• Deliver high-quality analysis and insight to support investment and operational decisions
• Develop financial models to evaluate projects and business opportunities
• Business partner across finance and operations
• Develop SQL stored procedures and Power BI dashboards to meet business data analysis requirements, enabling efficient and insightful reporting
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions to ensure accurate data extraction
• Develop process improvements & systems enhancements to support accurate data production

Requirements of the Head of FP&A role:-

• ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with senior FP&A leadership experience
• Excellent commercial and analytical skills
• Ability to influence and challenge senior leadership
• Proactive solutions focused
• Experience of large data sets, SQL & Power BI
