- Our client based in the service sector is now looking for an Accounts Clerk to join their Finance Department. Working in a small team and reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for assisting with matching, batching and coding purchase invoices; raising payments via cheque/BACS; liaising with suppliers; Sales Invoicing; Credit Card maintenance; This role involves a lot of data entry and query solving, therefore a keen eye for detail and accuracy are essential. Benefits include pension and parking. The role would suit an experienced Accounts Assistant with good experience gained in a similar role, knowledge of subcontractor payments for CIS would be useful but not essential. Benefits include 23 days holiday, onsite free parking, 5/3% pension and potential paid study support for AAT if of interest.
