JMF Associates is partnering with a multi-site retailer that is looking for a Management Accountant with experience in accountancy practice to join them on a permanent basis.   Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, and working in a small finance team, the Management Accountant will:

• Prepare monthly management accounts and supporting reporting
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Accurals, prepayments, and posting journals
• Engage with auditors during the annual audit
• Act as a business partner to key non-finance stakeholders 

This role will suit a candidate who is:

• Accountancy practice trained, but also has worked in commerce
• Possesses at least 5 years of management accounting experience
• Experienced in working with companies that are stock-based
• Possesses strong management and financial accounting skills.
• Worked with SME businesses
• Has excellent communication skills
