A fast-growing yet established manufacturing business based in North Kent is looking for an ACCA/CIMA or ACA Qualified Head of Finance to join the team at a time of critical growth and financial investment. You will report to the Directors and liaise with Stakeholders across the group. Duties will include:-

• All aspects of financial accounts, managing a team of five, overseeing purchase and sales ledger, month-end reconciliations, analysing expenses, cash flow and job costing
• Produce and present detailed monthly management accounts, including profit and loss, variance analysis, business planning, WIP reporting, detailed budget analysis but individual job to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Overseeing the payroll and  bank reconciliations.
• Streamlining the financial processes, implementing and driving new procedures
• Working closely with the Managing Director on the strategic direction of the business, including planning and analysing for growth.

The ideal person will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in a number one role. Confident with the gravitas to liaise across the business. First-rate systems skills to bed in the new system and make sure it works seamlessly across the group.
