Description

Our client, based in North Kent, is looking for an Accounts Assistant with particular experience in Credit Control and Payroll to join them on a permanent basis.  This role involves managing the sales ledger to ensure efficient credit control and processing bi-weekly payroll for our diverse team. You will collaborate with operational teams to resolve invoice disputes, chase overdue payments, and maintain accurate payroll records, ensuring our high standards of service and dependability are upheld.


  • Proven experience in credit control or customer accounts management
  • Background in payroll administration, with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, confident over the phone
  • Knowledge of payroll processes, including PAYE, NI, pensions (desirable)
  • Experience within Business Services or facilities management (desirable)

This role would suit a experience Accounts Assistant who considerable experience in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable and processing payroll.
