Financial Consultant / Accountant Recruitment

The Financial Consultant / Accountant will be experienced in acting as an Accountant to a range of clients and will play a key role in maintaining the financial integrity of each organisation they work with. The Financial Consultant / Accountant will work closely with clients to prepare management accounts and to manage budgets and forecasts. Financial Consultant / Accountant Responsibilities

The Financial Consultant / Accountant will have a high degree of autonomy within their role and so will need to be self-motivated, possess excellent computer skills and have the ability to learn quickly. Other responsibilities include:

• Preparing management accounts

• Managing budgets and forecasts

• Helping clients and auditors with financial statements and end-of-year audits

• Training staff on finance software

• Covering for Finance Manager / Controller absences

• Experience of year-end and month-end accounting

• Ability to co-operate with both upper management and junior staff

• The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
