Superb opportunity for a highly experienced Assistant Accountant to join the team of an expanding commercial retail group based in North Kent. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:-
- Detailed cashflow planning and analysis
- All aspects of purchase ledger and scheduling supplier payments
- Multi-currency reconciliations in GBP, USD and Euros
- Processing and analysing expenses and credit card payments
- Posting accruals and prepayments
- Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
- Inter-company reconciliations
- Raising invoices
- Preparation of information for management accounts
The ideal person will be studying towards AAT qualification, with a minimum of three years experience in double entry bookkeeping and strong systems skills. This role is office based 5 days a week, free onsite parking and 25 days holiday.
