This successful Development and Investment Group are currently looking to appoint a Financial Accountant at head office. Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager this person will operate as a senior member of the Financial Accounting team and be responsible for preparing and submitting accurate financial information to support production of UK financial statements; Production of monthly accounts and supporting schedules for delegated companies included within UK consolidation; Reconciliation of monthly loan accounts; Completion of UK Groups management accounts pack (Excel) and subsequent tie-up to group consolidation; Preparation of annual financial reporting and supplementary tax packs for external auditors; Preparation of monthly summary identifying overall UK Group cash profile and Support group-wide annual budgetary processes. Ideally youll be ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent with 4+ years post-qualified) with prior commercial experience and have past exposure to month-end and year-end financial close cycles. The successful candidate should also have hands on experience of finance systems, as well as being proficient with Microsoft Excel in particular.
