- Our client a leading and growing brand is looking for a permanent Purchase Ledger Manager to join their friendly and motivated team. Reporting to the Group Accounting Manager you will have sole charge responsibility for the management of the purchase ledger function.
Working within the wider Finance function the successful candidate will take full responsibility for incoming invoices from when they are received until they are booked and paid. Duties include ensuring that the UK ledgers are managed effectively, manage the purchase ledger invoices for the UK including: obtaining authorisations, coding and posting to Great Plains. Provide monthly accruals schedule (invoices and expenses) for un-posted documents and ensure that the Group’s cash flow forecast is updated with forecasted outgoing payments on a weekly basis. Prospective candidates must be used to working to deadlines and have the ability to assess priorities and make decisions. Proven experience in a similar role is essential.
